NC Department of Transportation is seeking a Program Coordinator II (S) in Vehicle Services, within the Field Operations Support Unit. The role focuses on maintaining compliance with statutes and policies, and providing information to resolve title/registration issues.

Strong customer service is essential. Responsibilities include assisting with DMV processes, supporting License Plate Agencies, and addressing system or equipment issues to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience reviewing detailed documents and records for accuracy.
• Ability to interpret and explain policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment.

• Provide information to personnel for resolving problems related to title and registration.
• Research vehicle registration, title records, and legal documents for acceptability and accuracy.
• Identify and resolve system, equipment, or maintenance issues to ensure operational status.
