Job summary

Texas A&M University Health Science Center in Bryan, TX seeks a Program Coordinator I to support Pre-Clerkship curriculum development, delivery, and evaluation under supervision. You will manage course information, calendars, and LMS materials, acting as a liaison among faculty, students, and staff within COM’s undergraduate medical education program.

Responsibilities include coordinating course scheduling, exam logistics, and communications; collaborating with departments for support; and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Two years of work experience in program coordination in education or related areas.
Four years work experience in program coordination in education (preferred).
Experience with learning management systems – Canvas.
Experience collaborating with individuals and communities in higher education and/or medical settings.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all course information and scheduling for the assigned courses.
Maintain the learning management system and update calendars/materials.
Serve as primary liaison between faculty, students and staff in Pre-Clerkship.
Coordinate with Academic Technology, Marketing and Communication for course support.
Attend and participate in related committee and planning meetings.
Ensure accurate LMS data for grading and accreditation compliance.
