Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
At least 2 years of work experience in program coordination in education or related areas.

Responsibilities

Pre-Clerkship Coordination: arrange room reservations, schedule Zoom sessions, coordinate proctors and rooms, maintain LMS, prepare initiation meetings, act as liaison with faculty.
Curriculum Management: administer curriculum in an LMS, manage course materials, ensure grades are entered and disseminated to stakeholders.
Communication & Team Cooperation: attend site and system-wide coordinator meetings, address student/faculty concerns, disseminate mass communications.
Accreditation & Compliance: maintain data for institutional program and accreditation needs, assist mapping curriculum content and tracking faculty contact hours.
Policies & Procedures: perform tasks safely, maintain confidentiality, understand medical education policies, undertake special tasks.
