Qualifications

• LMSW is required; MSWs welcome to apply but must obtain license within 3–6 months of hire.
• Minimum of two years' experience working with homeless populations.
• Experience with providing behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

• Contribute towards the ongoing development and quality of services provided.
• Adhere to agency and funder policies and procedures (DOHMH, HASA and DHS).
• Hold ongoing clinical and task supervision with social services staff.
• Supervise documentation of progress notes and ongoing assessments in AWARDS.
• Maintain program records and statistics to analyze trends and improve service delivery.
• Ensure programs meet contractual goals and reporting requirements.
• Administer personnel policies and procedures under the program director.
• Recruit and train direct service staff with the program director.
