Job summary

Fayetteville State University is seeking a Program Coordinator of the Educational Opportunity Centers Program to support the Director in implementing goals for college access initiatives and to manage administrative duties.

This role requires collaboration with schools, community organizations, and partners; you will help coordinate staff schedules across counties served and ensure program compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Business Administration, Communications, HRD, Mathematics, Science, or related field.
• Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in an educational or student services setting.
• Knowledge of PK–16 educational pipeline and college access initiatives.
• Ability to develop and implement evidence-based programs that promote college access.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff schedules to appropriate sites in the counties served.
• Assist the Director with implementation of goals and objectives of Educational Opportunity Centers.
• Develop working arrangements with schools, community agencies, and other organizations.
• Provide administrative support and ensure program compliance and reporting.
