Job summary

The role partners with the Director of Education to lead faculty development, mentoring, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Travel to extern sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Certification or higher degree in the corresponding program from an accredited institution.
• Program head on-site with requisite qualifications for each position.
• Current, valid licensure where appropriate.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and ability to teach adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a conducive learning environment for students and faculty.
• Identify, hire and train qualified faculty.
• Oversee faculty development, orientation, training, and professional development.
• Provide mentoring, observations, coaching, and feedback to faculty.
• Maintain course schedules and assign faculty workloads per policies.
• Ensure adequate equipment and materials for curriculum and learning objectives.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation standards.
