Qualifications

• Master's Degree with five years of relevant experience in business management or consulting.
• Bachelor's Degree with seven years of relevant experience.
• MBA is strongly preferred for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior management oversight for the Regional Service Center.
• Supervise and mentor Regional Center personnel.
• Manage the Center's operational budget.
• Develop program marketing plans and implement them.
• Deliver training to meet annual work plan deliverables.
• Foster key partnerships with regional organizations and funding sources.
• Provide client counseling and technical assistance.
