Job summary

Artist Trust seeks a Program Coordinator to support grants, workshops, and artist programs across Washington. The role emphasizes data management, communications with artists, and day-to-day program operations under the Program Director, with a strong focus on equity and community care.

This 32-hour workweek, hybrid position is based in Seattle's Capitol Hill and includes coordination of logistics, participant communications, and payments.

Qualifications

• Customer service or community-facing experience.
• Experience with nonprofit databases/CRM platforms.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Experience coordinating events, volunteers, or programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and data management for grants, workshops, and programs.
• Coordinate logistics for workshops, panels, and events.
• Prepare payment documentation and liaise with Finance.
• Act as first point of contact for artists and applicants.
• Maintain program timelines and internal tracking systems.
• Support volunteer recruitment and event staffing.
