Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. seeks a Part-Time Program Coordinator to provide direct support for the Berks County Program, ensuring contract compliance, service delivery, and efficient client intake/referral processes.

The role oversees Advocacy Services related to client case management and community outreach, focusing on local program administration rather than routine office duties. Availability up to 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year managing personnel and/or budgets.
• Experience providing home and community-based services.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking a plus.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of day-to-day program operations, especially contract compliance, service delivery, and client intake/referral.
