Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Part Time hourly professional to support individuals in our Developmental Disability Programs in Pennsylvania.

The role emphasizes self-determination, inclusion, and community participation aligned with the Office of Developmental Programs concepts. Candidates may hold a Bachelor’s in psychology or related field, or a related combination of degree and paid experience; strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field or
• Bachelor’s Degree in any major with one year paid experience
• Associate Degree or 60 credits with three years paid experience
• High School Diploma or GED with one year paid or volunteer experience
• ACRES Certification is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
