  • Develop and maintain materials including web-based information to promote education and departmental awareness.
  • Coordinate, training, and providing direction of support staff to encourage direction of departmental goals and outcomes; creates reporting processes to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and events for the department.
  • Assist in the development and oversight of department finances and operating budgets to minimize variance in monthly and fiscal year budgets, ensure budgets are comprehensive and accurate, and ensure accurate monthly/yearly financial tracking for leadership/management team.

Job description

The Program Coordinator works autonomously as appropriate (but seeks appropriate supervision from leadership) in coordinating and managing department programs within the organization. QUALIFICATIONS:

Salary Range: Minimum $23.02/hour - Maximum $36.83/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
