Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) is seeking a Program Coordinator for its Learning Center. You will support planning, execution, and evaluation of university programs, managing logistics, stakeholder engagement, and budget oversight.

Support the planning, execution, and evaluation ofuniversity programs. This position involves managing multipleaspects of program operations, including logistical coordination,stakeholder engagement, budget oversight, and outcome assessment.Additionally, this position will assist the Testing Services Officewith exam proctoring.
ProgramPlanning and Development: Assist in the development ofprogram objectives, goals, and timelines. Collaborate with programmanagers and stakeholders to outline program requirements anddeliverables. Coordinate logistics for program activities,including scheduling meetings, securing venues, and arrangingnecessary resources. Cultivate positive relationships with programstakeholders.
Implementation and Coordination: Oversee theday-to-day implementation of programs to ensure they align withestablished goals and objectives. Monitor program progress andaddress any issues or challenges that arise during implementation.Facilitate communication and coordination among partners involvedin program delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to identifyopportunities for program improvement and expansion.
Administrative Support: Provide administrativesupport to program managers, including scheduling meetings,preparing meeting agendas, and drafting correspondence. Maintainprogram documentation, files, and records in accordance withorganizational policies and procedures. Assist in budget planningand resource allocation for programs. Track program expendituresand ensure spending remains within approved budgets. Preparefinancial reports and documentation related to program funding andexpenses.
Data Collection and Reporting: Develop systems forcollecting program data and maintaining accurate records of programactivities. Compile and analyze program data to measure performanceand outcomes. Prepare regular reports and presentations on programprogress, impact, and effectiveness. Implement quality assurancemeasures to ensure programs meet established standards andobjectives. Conduct program evaluations and gather feedback fromstakeholders to inform program enhancements and adjustments.
