The position coordinates the Envisio platform, develops executive reports, and promotes accountability for strategic outcomes within the Strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Minimum one year of experience in administrative coordination, strategic planning support, data analysis, process improvement, or related area.
  • Experience developing reports, presentations, dashboards, project plans, meeting materials, or decision-support documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders, analyze information, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate implementation of the University Strategic Plan by monitoring initiatives, KPIs, and portfolio performance.
  • Prepare executive dashboards, reports, presentations, and briefing materials that communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
  • Collect, validate, analyze data related to strategic initiatives and prepare decision-support materials.
  • Coordinate communications supporting the University Strategic Plan, including updates and stakeholder materials.

Summary: The Project Manager, Strategic Planning andPerformance supports the execution, monitoring, and continuousimprovement of NEOMED's strategic priorities by coordinatingstrategic initiatives, managing assigned project and portfolioactivities, administering the University's strategic planning andperformance management system, and providing data-driven decisionsupport. Working collaboratively with university leaders,departments, colleges, and external partners, this positionmonitors strategic performance, facilitates cross-functionalinitiatives, develops executive reports and dashboards, supportsstrategic growth and operational excellence efforts, and promotesaccountability for strategic outcomes. The role serves as a keyliaison and resource within the Strategy Office to advancestrategic plan implementation, track progress toward goals andKPIs, identify barriers, and facilitate timely follow-through underthe direction of Strategy Office leadership.

Principal Functional Responsibilities

StrategicPlanning, Portfolio Management, and Performance Tracking: Coordinate implementation of the University Strategic Plan bymonitoring strategic initiatives, action plans, milestones, KPIs,and portfolio performance. Administer and maintain the University'sstrategic planning and performance management platform (Envisio),ensuring data integrity, system configuration, user support,dashboard development, and performance reporting. Coordinateproject activities, monitor deliverables, facilitate stakeholderengagement, and support standardized project management practicesacross strategic initiatives. Prepare executive dashboards,reports, presentations, and briefing materials that communicatestrategic progress, risks, and opportunities and support leadershipdecision-making.

Strategic Analysis and Organizational Support: Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data related to strategicinitiatives, institutional priorities, partnerships, andoperational performance. Prepare executive summaries, reports,presentations, and decision-support materials that communicateperformance, trends, risks, and opportunities. Support strategicgrowth and partnership initiatives through market research,benchmarking, environmental scanning, project coordination, andperformance analysis. Collaborate with university leaders,departments, colleges, and strategic partners to promote alignmentwith institutional priorities and support execution of strategicinitiatives.

Communications and Continuous Improvement: Coordinate communications supporting the University Strategic Plan,including progress updates, presentations, and stakeholdermaterials, while ensuring timely dissemination through universitycommunication channels. Promote collaboration and informationsharing among the Strategy Office, university stakeholders, andexternal partners. Identify process improvement opportunities andsupport operational excellence initiatives using Lean Six Sigmaprinciples and continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum one year of experience in administrative coordination,strategic planning support, data analysis, process improvement, ora related area

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma training or project management experience
  • Experience in higher education or related field
  • Experience supporting strategic plan implementation,institutional reporting, partnership and/or cross-functionalprojects, accreditation activities, or continuous improvementinitiatives

Physical Requirements: Must be able to utilize a phone,computer and screen and other office equipment.

Starting Salary Range: $55,259 – $60,000,commensurate with experience
