Job summary

Danville-Services seeks a Program Manager to work with Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving a meaningful quality of life at home.

Ideal candidates bring strong relationship and supervisory skills, solid budgeting ability, and a track record in program planning, implementation, and evaluation, including resource allocation.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• Strong relationship management skills to effectively collaborate with others.
• Excellent administrative skills to manage budgets, records, and reports.
• Proven experience in program management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation ISP.
• Knowledge of budgeting principles and ability to allocate resources effectively.
• Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs is a plus.
• Strong supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team.

Requirements:

• Ability to drive personal and company vehicles.
• Requires our drivers to be at least 21 years of age and have at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Current Oregon DL that meets our safety standards.

$25.00 per hour
