Job summary

Danville Services in Portland, Oregon seeks a Program Manager to lead and collaborate with Direct Support Professionals to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve their own quality of life. The role involves teaching skills, supporting daily needs, building empowering relationships, and ensuring every voice is heard.

A high school diploma, at least 21 years old with 3+ years driving experience, and an Oregon driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Proven program management experience, including planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Knowledge of budgeting principles and resource allocation.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs is a plus.
• Strong supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• Strong relationship management skills to effectively collaborate with others.
• Excellent administrative skills to manage budgets, records, and reports.
• Proven experience in program management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation ISP.
• Knowledge of budgeting principles and ability to allocate resources effectively.
• Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs is a plus.
• Strong supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team.

Requirements:

• Ability to drive personal and company vehicles.
• Requires our drivers to be at least 21 years of age and have at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Current Oregon DL that meets our safety standards.
