Job summary

ViaQuest Day & Employment Services is seeking a Program Coordinator for a full-time, Monday–Friday role at our Ohio location. The position offers hourly pay at $18.25 with opportunities for training, benefits, and PTO through a comprehensive benefits package.

You will support individuals in the Day Program, assist with program management, arrange transportation, and help maintain accurate paperwork and client files.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Fewer than 6 points in the last two years on your driving record.
• Able to push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs and to kneel, crouch, balance and climb.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in Day Program with healthcare, nutrition and program management.
• Assist Program Manager in maintaining consistency of supports and services.
• Coordinate and provide transportation for individuals served.
• Schedule vehicle maintenance and ensure vehicles are clean and well-kept.
• Assist with filing information and paperwork for client files.

At ViaQuest Day & Employment Services we provide services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities within our Day Program and Employment Services Program. and make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve!

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing support to the individuals served in the Day Program including healthcare, nutrition and program management.
• Assisting the Program Manager in maintaining consistency in the provisions of supports and services.
• Coordinating and providing transportation for the individuals served.
• Scheduling company vehicle maintenance and ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of vehicles.
• Assisting with the filing of information and paperwork for the files of individuals served.

Requirements for this position include:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Fewer than 6 points in the last two years on your motor vehicle record.
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
