Job summary

ViaQuest Day & Employment Services in Ohio is seeking a Program Coordinator to support individuals in our Day Program and Employment Services Program. The role includes healthcare, nutrition and program management support, plus coordination of transportation and vehicle maintenance scheduling.

You will assist the Program Manager to ensure consistent delivery of supports and services, complete filing and paperwork for client files, and participate in training and development opportunities offered

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Experience in a day services or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Ability to work well with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day program support including healthcare, nutrition and program management.
• Assist Program Manager to maintain consistent delivery of supports and services.
• Coordinate and provide transportation for individuals served.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance and cleanliness of company vehicles.
• Assist with filing information and paperwork for client files.

Program Coordinator

A Great Opportunity / $18.25 per hour/ Full Time Mon- Fri 7am-4pm

At ViaQuest Day & Employment Services we provide services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities within our Day Program and Employment Services Program.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing support to the individuals served in the Day Program including healthcare, nutrition and program management.
• Assisting the Program Manager in maintaining consistency in the provisions of supports and services.
• Coordinating and providing transportation for the individuals served.
• Scheduling company vehicle maintenance and ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of vehicles.
• Assisting with the filing of information and paperwork for the files of individuals served.

Requirements for this position include:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Motor Vehicle Record Must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
