Job summary

ViaQuest Day & Employment Services in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Program Coordinator to support individuals in our Day Program and Employment Services. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7am–4pm, with an hourly wage of $18.25.

You will assist with healthcare, nutrition, and program management, coordinate transportation, and help maintain consistent services while supporting staff and participants.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Motor Vehicle Record Must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals in the Day Program including healthcare, nutrition and program management.
• Assist the Program Manager in maintaining consistency in the provisions of supports and services.
• Coordinate and provide transportation for the individuals served.
• Schedule company vehicle maintenance and ensure cleanliness and upkeep of vehicles.
• Assist with filing information and paperwork for the files of individuals served.
