Job summary

ViaQuest Day & Employment Services in the United States seeks a Program Coordinator to support the Day Program and Employment Services for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role includes healthcare support, nutrition, program management and coordinating transportation.

Full-time, Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm with paid training, benefits, 401k, PTO and referral bonuses. A valid driver's license and MVRC eligibility are required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate vehicle

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Motor Vehicle Record Must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to the individuals served in the Day Program including healthcare, nutrition and program management.
• Assisting the Program Manager in maintaining consistency in the provisions of supports and services.
• Coordinating and providing transportation for the individuals served.
• Scheduling company vehicle maintenance and ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of vehicles.
• Assisting with the filing of information and paperwork for the files of individuals served.
