Job summary

ViaQuest Day & Employment Services in Mentor, OH, is seeking a dedicated manager to oversee the Day Program’s supports and service delivery. You will lead personnel management, coordinate services, and help recruit and train a high-quality team.

The role requires a four-year degree in social or human services and at least two years in the field, with management experience preferred. This is a full-time position with a focus on compassionate, person-centered care.

• Minimum of two years of experience in human services.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
