Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the delivery of programs and operations, ensuring data quality and timely reporting across internal and external projects.

You will handle rebate processing, paperwork tracking, payments, data entry, and export of predesigned reports, with opportunities to participate in staff meetings and special projects. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and 1–4 years of relevant experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in program coordination or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in data management and reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process rebate applications and respond to calls and emails from potential customers.
• Track and verify program paperwork, files, and correspondence.
• Handle payment processing and data entry with attention to data quality.
• Export predesigned reports and attend staff meetings.
• Complete special projects as needed.
• Coordinate and support program activities, including client communications where applicable.

To join our team as a Program Coordinator! The Program and Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Program and Operations support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. Program and Operations support staff roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although people in operations roles will often have direct client, customer, or trade ally communication and contact.

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
