CLEAResult is seeking a Program Coordinator in the US central time zone, preferably in Mississippi or Louisiana. The role focuses on processing rebate applications, managing program paperwork, and data entry with accuracy.

You will support multiple projects, coordinate with internal teams, and help improve processes. The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Processing rebate applications and responding to calls and emails from potential customers.
• Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files, and correspondence.
• Payment processing and data entry with quality checks.

• Complete special projects and support program operations.
