Job summary

Community Services Group - CSG is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee service coordination, supervise program staff, and manage the clinical and administrative activities of the program. The role reports directly to the Program Director or designee.

Schedule: FT (40 hrs) Monday–Friday 9am–5pm with flexibility to meet program needs and on-call responsibilities. Location: Harrisburg, PA area. Salary starts at $55,120+ with benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years supervisory experience or 3+ years supervisor plus 3+ years direct work with individuals who have mental illness or intellectual disability.

Responsibilities

• Assist program director with general program management.
• Oversee daily activities to maximize resource utilization and service excellence.
• Monitor compliance with CSG policies and procedures.
• Supervise staff and make employment decisions during the team life cycle.
• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings and coordinate services.
• Consult with professionals on clinical, medical, and programmatic issues.
• Review client admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Communicate with senior management to ensure smooth operations.
• Set performance goals with the program director.
• Train staff and support ongoing professional development.
• Develop office systems and procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.

The Program Coordinator is responsible for supervision of program employees and the clinical and administrative activities of the program. Wage Information

$55,120 or higher depending on education and experience.

Job Description

• Assists program director with general program management.
• Oversees daily activities of the given program to maximize the utilization of resources to meet internal and external service excellence.
• Monitors program and employee compliance to CSG policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the supervision and employment decisions during the life cycle of their team members.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in related field from an accredited college or university, 3 years supervisory experience and 3 years experience working directly with individuals who have a mental illness and/or intellectual disability OR Minimum 5 years as a supervisor and 5 years experience working directly with individuals who have a mental illness or intellectual disability.

Additional Requirements Include

• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings.
