Job summary

Community Services Group is seeking a Full-Time Program Manager to provide leadership and program oversight of the IDD Community Participation Support program. You will supervise staff and ensure compliant operations under the Program Director.

The role emphasizes promoting inclusion, managing budgets and incident training, coordinating transports, and maintaining required documentation, with opportunities for growth and a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university, 1 year experience with IDD and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, 2 years of IDD experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours, 4 years of IDD experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalency, 6 years of IDD experience and 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises program staff and monitors employee performance per policies.
• Directs daily operations and ensures health, safety and welfare of individuals.
• Coordinates training, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of staff.
• Oversees incident management training and medication administration training as required.
• Maintains documentation required by company and regulations.
• Manages program budgets and financial transactions for individuals.
• Transports individuals to meetings and community activities.
• Acts as a service team member in coordinating services.

Summary

At CSG, as Full-Time Program Manager, you will provide leadership and program oversight in the supervision of intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) Community Participation Support program. You will also be responsible for communicating and fostering company values and philosophies as well as general program management. The Program Manager is directly supervised by the Program Director.

Wage Information

Base Rate $23.67/hr. with increase possible based on relevant IDD experience.

Job Description

Supervises Program Supervisors, monitors and evaluates employee performance according to company performance management policies and procedures. Collaborates and cooperates with the hiring specialist in interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training supervisors and direct support staff. Directs and ensures effectiveness of program’s daily operations. Ensures the health, safety and welfare of the individuals within the program. Provides training and oversight related to the program’s Incident Management. Provides training, including Medication Administration Training, as required. Supports Program Supervisors in managing coverage in the homes. Participates in the company’s on‑call system. (Community Homes and Community‑Based Program Managers only) Enhances quality of the individuals’ lives by promoting inclusion, recovery and integration into the community. Facilitates regular staff meetings and ensures communication with and from company management. Ensures implementation of individual program and behavioral plans and activities. Oversees the maintenance and completion of documentation required by the company, state or federal regulations, etc. Transports individuals in personal or company vehicles for meetings, appointments or community activities. Serves as an active member of the service team in the coordination of services. Accounts for the management of program budgets, petty cash and the oversight of the financial transactions of the individuals. Oversees and maintains records pertaining to inventory, both for company owned property and possessions belonging to individuals, as applicable to the program. Performs job responsibilities of the Program Supervisors directly (Residential and Community Based) or Lifesharing Specialists (Lifesharing), when required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university, 1 year experience working directly with persons with mental illness/intellectual and developmental disabilities and 1 year supervisory experience.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, 2 years of experience working directly with persons with mental illness/intellectual and developmental disabilities and 1 year supervisory experience.
• An associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university, 4 years of experience working directly with persons with mental illness/intellectual and developmental disabilities and 1 year supervisory experience (except in the ICF/MR setting).
• High school diploma or equivalency, 6 years of work experience working directly with persons with mental illness/intellectual and developmental disabilities and 1 year supervisory experience (except in the ICF/MR setting).

Additional Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings, and/or transport individuals to appointments.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
