Job summary

Community Services Group - CSG is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee a program's operations, supervise staff, and coordinate clinical and administrative activities. The role reports to the Program Director or designee and requires leadership in a dynamic team.

The position offers a full-time schedule, with standard hours and on-call responsibilities to meet program needs. Compensation starts at $55,120 or higher depending on education and experience, with benefits described by the employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience working directly with individuals with a mental illness and/or intellectual disability or 5 years supervisory + 5 years direct experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist program director with general program management.
• Oversee daily activities of the program to maximize resource utilization and service excellence.
• Monitor program and employee compliance with CSG policies and procedures.
• Supervise staff and participate in employment decisions during team life cycle.
• Serve as team leader for interdisciplinary/multidisciplinary meetings.
• Coordinate clinical, medical, and programmatic services with other professionals.
• Review client admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Communicate with senior management to ensure smooth operations.
• Review department and individual performance goals with the program director.
• Train staff and support ongoing professional development.
• Develop office systems and procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.

Summary

The Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of services within the program. The Program Coordinator is responsible for supervision of program employees and the clinical and administrative activities of the program. The Program Coordinator reports directly to the Program Director or designee.

Schedule

Schedule: FT (40 hrs) Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with flexibility to meet the needs of the program and on-call responsibilities.

Wage Information

$55,120 or higher depending on education and experience.

Job Description

Qualifications

This position requires the following education and experience: Bachelors degree in related field from an accredited college or university, 3 years supervisory experience and 3 years experience working directly with individuals who have a mental illness and/or intellectual disability OR Minimum 5 years as a supervisor and 5 years experience working directly with individuals who have a mental illness or intellectual disability.

Additional Requirements Include

• Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings.
