Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a seasoned Program Control professional to guide earned value management, cost baselines, and schedule integration across large, multi-site programs. You will collaborate with the IPT to develop comprehensive program plans and ensure baseline integrity throughout baselining events.

You will mentor colleagues, prepare reliable cost reports, support CAMs in cost/schedule reviews, and drive accurate EACs and variance analysis while maintaining compliance with contract

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience generating cost reports: CPR, IPMR, IPMDAR, CFSR.
• Proficient in MS Office and project controls tools.
• PM certification is a plus and beneficial for progression.
• Experience with external Master Schedule reporting using MS Project and SSI Tool.
• U.S. Person status or export authorization eligibility.

Join a team providing program analysis, process improvement, and metrics for Honeywell Aerospace
Partner with the Integrated Program Team to develop program plans
Create cost and schedule baselines for large, complex programs across multiple sites
Lead or support initial program baselines, re-baselines, and compliant baseline change management
Prepare and analyze reliable cost report data for program stakeholders
Manage program EAC (estimate at completion)
Ensure cost and schedule integration aligns with scope and contract requirements
Communicate proactively and effectively with program teams and customers
Ensure reliable application, compliance, and procedures for program EVM (earned value management)
Support program issue identification, root-cause and impact analysis, and corrective-action recommendations
Support CAMs in monthly cost and schedule reviews and drive complete, accurate EACs and variance analysis
Initiate and participate in organizational and program improvements
Coach and mentor less-experienced Program Control Specialists and other team members
Interact with global program management teams, business leaders, and customers

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in EVM (Earned Value Management)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Degree in Business, Math, Finance, Economics, or a related field (valued)
• Experience using Earned Value metrics, managing budgets, and milestone fidelity
• Ability to influence program stakeholders at varying levels across the organization
• Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly according to the topic and audience
• User experience with SAP
• Experience in financial data compilation, analysis, and metrics management
• Project Management certification
• Experience generating cost reports: CPR, IPMR, IPMDAR, CFSR
• Experience with external Integrated Master Schedule reporting using Microsoft Project and SSI Tool
• Must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or person with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status, or have the ability to obtain export authorization
