Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead a team of financial analysts and oversee earned value management and program performance. The role includes developing quarterly EACs, interfacing with the PMO and IPT, and ensuring adherence to financial policies.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 5+ years) and strong proficiency in SAP, APEX, and MS Office. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
• Experience using SAP and/or APEX and/or similar financial system.
• Experience with MS Office tools.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and/or other Government Procurement regulations as they pertain to Bid/Cost proposals (preferred).
• Knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area (preferred).
• Knowledge of a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of impact on other areas (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of financial analysts by providing support, mentorship and training.
• Manage earned value and analyze program performance for compliance with internal EVM policy and 10255.
• Develop Estimates at Completion (EACs) quarterly.
• Interface with the Program Management Office and Integrated Product Leadership Team.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Support product group-level inputs and updates to Monthly Forecasts, AOP, and LRP objectives.
• Meet critical deadlines while managing multiple conflicting priorities.
• Analyze data quickly to inform business decisions.
• Prepare finance charts for Program Business Reviews, financial overviews, and other reporting activities.
• Participate in key leadership strategy reviews.
• Support proposal development, submittal, negotiations, and program start-up activities.
