Job summary

Raytheon seeks a seasoned Program Controls professional to manage baselines, EV reporting, and CDRLs across the PAE portfolio. The role emphasizes cost control, schedule performance, and collaboration with program management and key stakeholders.

You will mentor teams, drive process improvements, and ensure adherence to FAR/CAS/GAAP in a defense environment. Colorado location with eligible security access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience in Program Controls and/or Earned Value Management fundamentals.
• Experience with SAP, APEX EV, Winsight or similar tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required; TS/SCI with Polygraph preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple programs within Raytheon’s Processing Application & Exploitation (PAE) portfolio
• Maintain the program management baseline, including BCRs, LRE updates, and month-end PMB reconciliation
• Process cost transfers as required
• Generate internal reports on cost and schedule performance for Program Leadership and Control Account Managers
• Generate and submit required CDRLs, including CFSR, BMR, and IPMR
• Provide ad-hoc assistance, analysis, and reporting as requested by management and others
• Handle internal corporate reporting requirements, including revenue forecasts and Estimates at Complete (EAC)
• Work independently and collaborate with Program Management and key functional stakeholders
• Provide leadership and mentoring in financial reporting and processes

Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience


• Experience in Program Controls, and/or experience with Earned Value Management fundamentals


• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite


• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance


• U.S. citizenship required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance


• Active and existing TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required after day 1


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and task flexibility


• Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to meet multiple commitments


• Experience with SAP, APEX EV, Winsight or similar tools


• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)


• Familiarity with Estimates at Complete (EAC) and Earned Value (EV) methodologies


• Ability to interface effectively with Program Management team and other functional organizations


• Demonstrated ability for collaboration in a team environment
