Job summary

Rincon Research Corporation is seeking an entry-level Program Control Analyst in Centennial, CO to provide project financial planning and scheduling support across multiple programs using EVMS, collaborating with PMs and senior leaders to establish cost baselines and monitor performance.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced defense environment; US citizenship and TS/SCI security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or 3 to 4 years of experience in project management support and project status analysis.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience effectively communicating financial and schedule information to PMs and various levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes financial and schedule data from PMs and accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and identifying trends.
• Maintains and presents financial and schedule information and analysis to management.
• Ensures compliance with internal procedures and contract requirements.
