Job summary

Rincon Research Corporation recruits an entry-level Program Control Analyst to support EVMS-based financial planning across multiple programs. You will analyze cost and schedule data, establish baselines, and provide management with clear financial status.

The role requires collaboration with PMs and Rincon leadership, strong Excel skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment. TS/SCI eligibility and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented, self-starter who can work with multiple PMs on several projects.
• Proficient in communicating financial and schedule information to PMs and management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in program management support.
• Understanding of basic accounting fundamentals and cost/schedule data.
• Ability to analyze budgets, forecasts, and cost variances for compliance.
• Experience with contract types and EVMS concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze financial and schedule data from PMs and accounting systems.
• Maintain and present financial and schedule information to management.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and contract requirements.
• Participate in audits and interface with government auditors on EVMS.
