Job summary

Assured Wellness seeks a Designated Manager to oversee licensed programs and ensure compliance with Minnesota statutes. You will lead coordinators, supervise staff, and drive quality improvements across services for individuals with disabilities and older adults.

Your role entails licensing oversight, incident monitoring, and safeguarding participant rights while coordinating with regulators, families, and care teams to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory-level experience in a program serving persons with disabilities or older adults.
• Deep understanding of Minnesota HCBS licensing laws and related regulations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and staff oversight capabilities.
• Excellent communication with interdisciplinary teams and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Provide program-wide oversight to ensure services meet licensure standards.
• Supervise Designated Coordinators, direct support staff, and training personnel.
• Monitor incident and emergency reports and enforce corrective actions.
• Assess satisfaction and rights protection for individuals served and representatives.
• Lead quality improvement using data and feedback for ongoing enhancements.
