Job summary

Windsor Woods Home Care seeks a highly organized Program Manager to oversee services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will ensure compliance with Maryland DDA regulations, Medicaid Waiver standards, COMAR, and person-centered practices, coordinating among individuals, families, DSPs, and regulators to deliver high-quality supports.

• Promote independence and community inclusion; monitor progress toward goals.
