Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. seeks a Program & Communications Coordinator to support the The Villages program.

This role coordinates leadership communications, program priorities, meetings, and client-facing deliverables, working with program leaders, operations teams, and corporate partners to move initiatives from planning to execution. You will develop presentations and reports, track milestones, and ensure consistent communication across the program, collaborating with Workforce &

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, business, PR, PM, or related field.
Excellent writing, editing, presentation and follow-through skills.
Strong stakeholder-management abilities across executives, managers, staff, clients, and corporate support functions.

Responsibilities

Develop presentations, reports, briefing materials, and client-ready communications.
Coordinate leadership meetings, program reviews, and key operational events.
Track action items, deadlines, and follow-up activities to support program goals.
Maintain program schedules and coordinate major milestones, workshops, and events.
Support leadership visits, client tours, and special projects.
Partner with teams across the program to deliver clear, consistent, and timely communications.
Serve as onsite liaison to Corporate Communications for brand, messaging, templates, and external communications.
