Jacobs is seeking a Program & Communications Coordinatorto support the successful execution of key initiatives across The Villages program. This role serves as a central point of coordination for leadership communications, program priorities, meetings, special projects, and client-facing deliverables. As the Program & Communications Coordinator you will work closely with program leaders, operations teams, and corporate partners, and will help ensure important initiatives move from planning to execution through effective communication, organization, and follow-through. You will coordinate leadership meetings, track action items and milestones, develop presentations and reports, support strategic projects, and help maintain consistent communication across the program.

What You'll Do
  • Develop presentations, reports, briefing materials, and client-ready communications.

  • Serve as the onsite liaison to Corporate Communications for brand, messaging, templates, higher-level communications support, and any external/public communications requiring corporate involvement.
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects that cross organizational boundaries by coordinating scope, stakeholders, schedules, decisions, actions, and status visibility.
  • Partner with Workforce & Organizational Development on employee-facing communications, recognition stories, onboarding and development events, culture initiatives, and stories that make innovation and continuous improvement visible across the program.

Here’s what you’ll need

  • Progressive experience in program coordination, executive/leadership support, client communications, presentation development, project coordination, or complex operations support.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, meeting facilitation, and follow-through skills
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills and the confidence to work across executives, managers, technical staff, client representatives, and corporate support functions.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 collaboration and presentation tools and the ability to develop polished, consistent client-ready materials.
  • Demonstrated discretion, judgment, responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-moving operating environment.
What You’ll Do
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business, Public Relations, Project Management, or a related field

The base salary range for this position is $61,700.00 to $74,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
