Job summary

Jacobs seeks a Workforce & Organizational Development Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, training, workforce planning, and employee development across The Villages program. You will partner with operations leaders, Talent Acquisition, HR, and employees to build a skilled, engaged workforce and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

The role involves coordinating interviews, onboarding, training tracking, engagement initiatives, and HR support at the onsite program site,

Qualifications

• Progressive experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, training coordination, workforce planning, employee development, HR support, and organizational development programs
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills with ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Proficiency in maintaining workforce, training, and employee development records and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite lead for recruiting activity, coordinating with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition
• Lead onboarding and employee orientation programs
• Manage training, certification, licensing, and qualification tracking across the program
• Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives
• Provide site-level HR administrative support and connect employees with Jacobs HR resources
• Maintain workforce planning and succession data to identify staffing needs and development opportunities
• Partner to document and deliver administrative training and manage cross-training systems
• Collaborate on workforce communications, onboarding materials, and program messaging
