Qualifications

• Five or more years combined experience in K-12 education with demonstrated impact.
• Two or more years working with external partners to manage workflow or deliver services.
• Two or more years planning and implementing projects.
• Two or more years leading or coaching HQIM implementation.
• Deep knowledge of College- and Career-Ready math or ELA content and practice standards.
• Experience designing impactful professional learning for educators.
• Experience facilitating impactful professional learning or coaching for educators.

Responsibilities

• Engage in coaching cycles, observations, modeling, co-teaching, data analysis, and feedback.
• Design and facilitate high-quality professional learning content grounded in instructional practices.
• Maintain strong partner relationships, support contract renewals, and contribute to business development.
• Support Teaching Lab systems, tools, and processes for scaling partnerships and monitoring impact.
