Qualifications

• Masters-level degree required.
• 5+ years in public education, preferably urban schools and at secondary level.
• 3+ years supervising, coaching, or leading teachers at a school site.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and support HQIM implementation.
• Experience using data to drive instructional decisions and school improvement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with C&I math team to implement HQIM professional learning (visits, coaching, workshops).
• Use data from staff and stakeholders to tailor HQIM support to school needs.
• Coordinate with district and city leaders to align instructional goals with HQIM rollout.
• Stay informed on NY State standards and Regents shifts and adapt coaching accordingly.
• Build trust and communicate effectively with teachers, leaders, and district staff.
