Job summary

IREX in Kyiv, Ukraine seeks a Program Assistant for its UVRR initiative. You will support day-to-day program activities, manage meetings, coordinate with partners and experts, plus assist with documentation, travel logistics and reporting under supervision.

The role requires strong English and Ukrainian language skills, NGO experience, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a dynamic environment. Partial remote work is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international development, psychology, social work, NGO management, public administration, sociology, political science, communication and/or another relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1+ year experience in a similar field.
• Experience in NGO sector and projects is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Organize program meetings and events (trainings, workshops, working group meetings, conferences).
• Communicate with project partners, experts, trainers as needed.
• Provide logistics support for staff and program participants.
• Contribute to drafting program-related documents, reports and success stories.
• Support monitoring, evaluation, data collection, and reporting as needed.
