IN2 Ukraine is seeking a proactive Operations & Project Coordinator to support the Country Manager. You will streamline country operations, assist with project execution, and support business development efforts including bid writing and MEL evaluation.

The role is fixed-term until 30 April 2027, with potential extension. You will coordinate proposals, track deadlines, and help prepare reports for donors while ensuring timely data collection and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in project coordination, administration, or business development.
• Experience with international development projects, INGOs, or Ukrainian state institutions/ministries.
• Experience assisting grant/proposal writing and MEL concepts (KPIs, logical frameworks).
• Understanding of how international donors (e.g., USAID, EU, UN) operate.
• Advanced English and Ukrainian (written and spoken) are required.

Responsabilités

• Operational Coordination: assist in optimizing workflows and streamline communications across country operations.
• Task Execution: take charge of specific tasks within ongoing projects as directed by the Country Manager.
• Follow-ups & Tracking: monitor deadlines, milestones, and action items for smooth project implementation.
• Proposal Writing: assist in drafting, editing, and assembling project proposals and bids for international donors.
• Market & Donor Tracking: monitor funding opportunities, donor pipelines, and open tenders in Ukraine.
• Documentation Prep: prepare institutional documents and background materials for bids.
• Data Collection: support gathering qualitative and quantitative data from project sites or partners.
• Reporting Assistance: draft data-driven progress reports for donors and internal stakeholders.
• Tracking Logs: maintain update logs and spreadsheets related to project performance and lessons learned.
