Job summary

Real Estate Exchange is looking for a consultant to support short-term program operations in Ukraine. The role focuses on providing training, advising on risk mitigation strategies, and leading workshops to enhance local capacities. Candidates must have extensive experience in project implementation within the media sector, particularly in Ukraine, and be proficient in both Ukrainian and English.

Expertise in risk management, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work with local stakeholders are essential for success in this position. The engagement duration ranges from 1 to 4 months, contingent on project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive job experience or a master’s degree with 9 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the journalism sector in Ukraine.
• Experience conducting trainings in emergency protocols and risk management.
