Job summary

Elon University seeks a Program Assistant for the Truitt Center to provide administrative support and community engagement within the Division of Student Life. The role involves office management, finance processes, and fostering inclusive excellence on campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus three or more years of related experience and/or training required.
• Bachelor's degree and administrative work experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules, projects, and tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide office-management support to the University Chaplain and Director of CSRCS.
• Reconcile purchasing-card transactions and maintain operational account records.
• Provide back-up supervision of student staff and support their success.
• Maintain confidential files and support university events.
