The role reports to the Dean and collaborates with the School Director to ensure compliant, efficient operations for clinical placements, records, and recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to draft clear, grammatically correct correspondence and professional documents.
• Professional experience in an academic/administrative/clerical office role.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects or tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact for students, faculty, staff and partners.
• Coordinates and processes student clinical site placements and maintains compliance records.
• Handles confidential data and supports program marketing, recruitment, and graduation activities.
