Job summary

The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh is seeking a Program Assistant II to provide advanced administrative and program support for the School of Nursing and Health Professions. You’ll coordinate student clinical site placements, maintain compliance records, and assist with recruitment and graduation activities while liaising with faculty and partners.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, tech‑savvy, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Draft clear, grammatically correct correspondence and professional documents.
• Experience in academic/administrative/clerical office role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and learning new programs quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a first point of contact for individuals and groups and routes complex inquiries.
• Collects, analyzes, and prepares communications from established sources using technology.
• Sends, receives, copies, and distributes communications per policies and procedures.
• Maintains electronic/physical records and follows established organizational systems.
• Schedules logistics for meetings, conferences, travel, and work unit operations.
