The Program Assistant has primary responsibility for bookkeeping, payroll, and procurement for the Office of Assessment Services. The Program Assistant also serves as the point of contact for building maintenance and acts as the liaison between the Office and vendors, schools, and parents.
Research products, vendors, and supplies for procurement; make payments and services; review contracts.
High School Diploma or GED.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience are acceptable.
The employee must regularly communicate verbally, convey detailed instructions accurately, possess normal cognitive abilities, sit or remain stationary for long periods, and may lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
