Loudoun County Public Schools is seeking a Program Assistant to support Teaching and Learning with implementation, record keeping, and clerical tasks. The role involves preparing program materials, communicating information, and coordinating with LCPS offices to ensure smooth program operations.
Responsibilities include assisting with admissions for the Academies of Loudoun, maintaining records in Phoenix SIS and generating reports, and producing documents using Google and Microsoft tools.
The Program Assistant will work with Teaching and Learning to provide implementation, record keeping, clerical, and administrative support for the programs. The work encompasses a range of office activities, including producing program materials, preparing and communicating program information, and working with other LCPS offices to coordinate program support.
