Copa Health is seeking a detail-oriented Program Assistant to join our fast-paced behavioral health team in Arizona. You will perform administrative and clinical support across locations, act as receptionist, assist with check-in/out, scheduling, and ensure proper filing of clinical documentation in the electronic health records.

Direct care may be provided as needed by leadership. The role requires a minimum 21 years of age, a HS Diploma/GED, and experience in a behavioral health setting;

• Must be 21 years or older.
• HS Diploma or GED required; two years of relevant behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist visitors; manage check-in/check-out and appointment scheduling.
• Enter and file clinical information in the electronic health record; support documentation workflows.
• Coordinate with program leadership on notes, reports and transportation logs.
• Assist in coordinating referrals and scanning documents into client files.
• Provide direct care services as directed by leadership when needed.
