Copa Health is seeking a detail-oriented Program Assistant to join our fast-paced behavioral health team in Arizona. You will perform administrative and clinical support across locations, act as receptionist, assist with check-in/out, scheduling, and ensure proper filing of clinical documentation in the electronic health records.
Direct care may be provided as needed by leadership. The role requires a minimum 21 years of age, a HS Diploma/GED, and experience in a behavioral health setting;

The Program Assistant will provide administrative and clinical support to an assigned location or program.The Program Assistant acts as a receptionist, assists in check-in, check-out, scheduling and confirming appointments, and ensures proper filing of clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
