Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Program Analyst II (Operations) to provide acquisition program management and analysis support across the DoD lifecycle for CPE IEW&S programs.

The role emphasizes adherence to DoD policies (e.g., 5000.02, AR 70-1), development of acquisition documentation, data management, risk analysis, and cross‑functional teamwork using MS Office and the DAMIR system to deliver timely, high‑quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, business or sciences.
• Minimum five years in acquisition/program management experience.
• DAWIA Level I Certification in Program Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable with DoD acquisition policies (e.g., DoD 5000.02, AR 70-1).
• Develop/Review Acquisition & Procurement Requirement Documents (AP, strategies, plans).
• Program reporting capability via the DAMIR system.
• Plan/assist with major system life cycle tasks/functions.
• Provide data management and analysis for studies and projects.
• Coordinate and organize staff materials for CPE briefings.
• Be an expert in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Create professional slides from scratch, with solid design basics.
