Job summary

JRC Integrated Systems in Arlington, VA is seeking a Program Analyst to support mission-critical Navy programs. You’ll coordinate engagements, manage complex calendars, craft executive communications, and ensure presentation excellence in a fast-paced, DoD environment.

You will also plan events, handle travel logistics, and provide essential support to senior leaders while upholding strict confidentiality and security requirements. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years EA experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of executive assistant experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance or recent clearance within 2 years.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Fox It, and Visio.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience interacting with DoD and Navy leadership.
• Knowledge of strategic systems programs and related terminology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-level engagements with senior Navy officials and stakeholders.
• Manage complex calendars and travel for senior leadership.
• Craft executive communications, reports, and presentations.
• Review PowerPoint decks for accuracy and branding alignment.
• Plan and execute conferences, meetings, and events.
• Provide general support including phones and email management.
