Job summary

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in a fast-paced support role, and an active DoD SECRET clearance (or recent clearance). Proficiency with MS Office and presentation tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or equivalent support role in a fast-paced environment.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance or have held an active clearance within the past two years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-level engagements with senior Navy officials and stakeholders.
• Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and logistics for senior leadership.
• Prepare, edit, and refine executive communications, reports, and presentations.
